Owner Portal Setup Instructions

Here are the directions to set up your online account through our website. This will help you next time you are unable to open your emailed owner statements. You can also access this portal anytime to print out documents, review your information, etc.

  1. Go to the website: ResidentialEquityMgmt.com
  2. Click on Owner Resources (large blue button in the middle of the homepage, about third down).
  3. On the left side of the next page, click on the blue tab Owner Log In.
  4. On the left side again, click on the blue tab Owner Portal.
  5. Right below the text “Welcome to the owner portal”, click on the light blue link Create your Password.
  6. Enter the email address we have on file for you (call us if you need to confirm), then click Sign Up.
  7. This will prompt you to create your password and complete the setup.

Once complete, you will be able to log into your Owner Portal account using your email and password. From there, you can make owner contributions, view documents, and more.
