Inquire About Our Services

How do you evaluate/advertise your vacancies?

First, we evaluate the current market rents and vacancy rates in your specific neighborhood to determine a fair market value for your rental, as well as consider previous local experiences and amenities. We determine what actions might improve the property and attract quality tenants at the maximum possible rent. We can show the property while still occupied, we will put a sign on the property giving rental prospects 24 hours access to our website and showing hotline. Also, we create professional ads with digital photos and distribute the listing through various on-line resources to maximize the exposure through multiple outlets.

How do you screen your prospective tenants?

The screening process starts with a rental application that is designed to obtain complete information on potential tenants. We check previous and current rental history, employment and income verification and credit and references.

FAQs

Will a property manager show my property?
Yes. While it may be inconvenient for you to take time to show your property, and to deal with potential renters who may not show up for their appointments, it is a property manager's job to respond quickly to requests from potential renters to view a property and property managers can also pre-screen potential tenants.

Sacramento Area Info

The history of Sacramento, California, began with its founding by Samuel Brannan and John Augustus Sutter, Jr. in 1848 around an embarcadero that his father, John Sutter, Sr. constructed at the confluence of the American and Sacramento Rivers a few years prior.

The city was named after the Sacramento River, which forms its western border. The river was named by Spanish cavalry officer Gabriel Moraga for the Santisimo Sacramento (Most Holy Sacrament), referring to the Catholic Eucharist.

Before the arrival of Europeans, the Nisenan branch of the Native American Maidu inhabited the Sacramento Valley area. The Spanish were the first Europeans to explore the area, and Sacramento fell into the Alta California province of New Spain when the conquistadors claimed Central America and the American Southwest for the Spanish Empire. The area was deemed unfit for colonization by a number of explorers and as a result remained relatively untouched by the Europeans who claimed the region, excepting early 19th Century coastal settlements north of San Francisco Bay which constituted the southernmost Russian colony in North America and were spread over an area stretching from Point Arena to Tomales Bay.[1] When John Sutter arrived in the provincial colonial capital of Monterey in 1839, governor Juan Bautista Alvarado provided Sutter with the land he asked for, and Sutter established New Helvetia, which he controlled absolutely with a private army and relative autonomy from the newly independent Mexican government.
